This package will install the Redis binaries in the default NuGet tools directory.

The MS Open Tech Redis on Windows was frozen at version 3.x when it was archived few years ago. Since that time there were a few new major releases of Redis on Linux. Reading the release notes for Redis 4.x and Redis 5.x, one can see that there are several security vulnerabilities that were fixed since.

Explanation
Starting in Windows 8, Microsoft's SmartScreen pop-up encumbers the executionof newly-developed applications. To prevent this, developers are expected to payMicrosoft's EV certification vendors a yearly fee and put the software on WindowsStore1.
As dosbox-staging is a volunteer effort, we are not in a position to make suchpayments. We therefore ask users to manually unblock dosbox-staging and bepatient while Microsoft's 'Application Reputation' scheme eventually whitelistsdosbox-staging (see: [2], and the last paragraph in [3]).
